For some reason it didn't find any scratch devices. I'm not sure why. The config.yaml has fs: xfs so that part is fine.. this is probably an openstack thing? Device maybe?

If this is because "no scratch devs", that's what we need to identify. The last run mentioned, "http://pulpito.ceph.com/yuriw-2016-06-07_08:15:52-smoke-jewel-testing-basic-smithi/", has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this bug; it's the result of running ceph-deploy on smithi
