Description

Because https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/8440 is only found in the latest hammer, therefore v0.94.[012356] will fail to rebuild on a gitbuilder which has lttng & babeltrace already installed as a result of a previous install-deps.sh requiring them.

While debuging why the hammer branch would not rebuild, I made the mistake of trying a rebuild of v0.94.6 which failed ( http://gitbuilder.sepia.ceph.com/gitbuilder-ceph-rpm-centos7-amd64-basic/ ). To fix it I 

ssh gitbuilder-ceph-rpm-centos7-amd64-basic.ovh.sepia.ceph.com
sudo yum remove -y lttng-ust.x86_64 libbabeltrace.x86_64

and force rebuild v0.94.6

Just writing my idea down... No idea if it's even close to the proper approach but might something like this work?

In build-ceph-rpm.sh, check if version is <=v0.94.[012356], yum remove those packages, else install them?
