Description
We have been granted access to an experimental aarch64 OpenStack cluster at https://cloud.runabove.com/horizon/project/instances/, zone HZ1. Verify the OpenStack backend works with it.

Scheduling an instance does not work at the moment (hangs in Scheduling state forever) probably because the cluster is at capacity. Will wait a few days before trying again.

Uploading https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/trusty/current/trusty-server-cloudimg-arm64-disk1.img does not work: hangs forever.
