about this backport, two conflicts need to clarify.

1. is rgw_user meaningful about this fix or just could we replace by type "string"

2. about "system_obj_set_attr" not really sure what this change meaning from commit https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/1fe7372f3230d41f5c1a27e746057668d8be3b62

rgw_user user_id is not used so just remove the line.
instead of system_obj_set_attr use the method set_attr
