Description

If all watchers are using the non-legacy watch interface, permit the cache to evict a watched object on-demand. The non-legacy watchers should receive a watch error and reconnect to the object in the base tier. This is to support removing a cache tier on active RBD pools where the RBD image header is watched by active clients.
