Description
The openSUSE Build Service1 implements RPMLINT checks, and failures in some of them cause the OBS to mark the build as failed. These checks can be overrided by adding a file called "ceph-rpmlintrc".
Until now we have been maintaining this file downstream, but RPMLINT itself complains that it needs to be mentioned as a source file or patch in the spec file.
To fix this, put the file in the rpm/ directory and add it as a source file, conditionally for SUSE builds only.
