Description

this is needed in case the original user removal failed mid-way and there's some clutter left behind

with commit:7f640a9256b8258c78c917ac684e85901cf63eea we don't really need this anymore as the user index is now the last entry that is removed. We also don't ignore errors in the process anymore, so in case there was an error user info can still be reached and user removal is not complete.
