We use teuthology-suite nowadays more often the teuthology cli.
It'd be useful to have an option re-run option with interactive-on-error on option in teuthology-suite cli

@zack I see that teuthology-suite cli is not a good idea.
We need to focus on a main pain - simplify re-run of a single job with options like interactive on.
So have a new cli like teuthology-rerun for example seems maybe a more doable, e.g.
teuthology-rerun -r <run> -J <job> <etc..>
