Description

I noticed a large stdout.log on the ceph-deb-trusty-amd64-basic gitbuilder.

After discussing with dmick it is presumed this is because logrotate.conf is owned by autobuild-ceph and logrotate is run as root.

Apparently logrotate doesn't like that. We aim to fix this in fabfile.

I had looked at fixing this with a 'user' in logrotate.conf, but I think it has to be permissions, and I'm not sure if I fixed it in fabfile yet or not.
