Description

Version all object puts, like when full versioning is enabled on the bucket, but

- only keep each version for a limited amount of time
 - only keep a limited number of versions

The goal would be to do this by default on all buckets as a safety feature for customers. Users would not be charged for disk space consumed by these limited-time versions.
