Description
Both packages try to manage the man pages for ceph-deploy and cause ceph to fail installing on any system with ceph-deploy installed. This is happening to me installing Hammer on Ubuntu 14.04. I have duplicated this several times and only got past it by manually installing both items and using the apt-get option to overwrite existing files. It seems like a bug to have the ceph-deploy man page being a dependency of the ceph package.
