ceph osd pool set foo-hot cache_target_dirty_ratio .4
ceph osd pool set foo-hot cache_target_dirty_high_ratio .6
ceph osd pool set foo-hot cache_target_full_ratio .8
will begin flushing dirty objects when 40% of the pool is dirty and begin evicting clean objects when we reach 80% of the target size.
cache_target_dirty_high_ratio at 60% isn't documented.

This bug has been judged too old to fix. This is because either it is either 1) raised against a version of Ceph prior to Luminous, or 2) just really old, and untouched for so long that it is unlikely nowadays to represent a live documentation concern.
