rbd-replay: cryptic error when 'rbd' pool does not exist

Description

By default rbd-replay tries to use the 'rbd' pool. It should print a better error message when the pool doesn't exist or is otherwise inaccessible. Currently it reports:

Unable to create IoCtx: -2

For reference, the fix for this issue is being backported to Hammer as a part of the patch series in #13460. See https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/6286 , specifically this commit:
