Description

Without this feature, kernel client can't detect event that connection get lost quietly (without receiving TCP RST). If connection to the monitor gets lost quitely, kernel client stops receiving new OSDMap/MDSMap from the monitor. (I use SIGSTOP to simulate the case that connection to monitor gets lost)
