you need to use suite_branch wip-12536-hammer-x-test, which installs wip-12536-hammer instead of hammer

the wip test suite is located at https://github.com/ceph/ceph-qa-suite/commit/55c14a9ffa6c385d2fa94063c78543f4ef355d7f
