Description

Ansible should insure that there is a libvirt group and that the regular user (ubuntu at the time that I typed this) has membership in that group.

This was only needed for manual testing, so we don't think it's something ceph-cm-ansible should be doing for all testnodes right now. If it is needed for automated testing in the future we'd prefer that the task that needs this handle it, instead of ceph-cm-ansible.
