Description

the config option 'mon cluster log to syslog' takes the values true and false, so I presume this should be a boolean? It is not in the code.
As an effect of this, it makes values 0 and 1 both false (All other boolean config options do value them as false and true respectivly).
This is reported in Hammer 0.94.1
