Description

The libcephfs.jar artifact should not be stored in the cephfs-hadoop git repository. Ideally it lands in Maven Central and we add libcephfs.jar to the dependency manager, or we provide instructions on obtaining the resource. In either case, this is a developer level task, and packaging should handle all this for users.
