Description

Need a machine-consumable list of: * Any I/O or encoding errors encountered (i.e. objects that might need manual attention) * Any cases where we failed to inject linkage for something

Also, optionally: * List of each file we did something for and what we did

These outputs will be potentially rather long, so don't try and accumulate it all in one JSONFormatter for output!
