Description
Currently we enable HTTP KeepAlive hardcoded for Civetweb in the source and we should make this configurable.
In some situations it's not desired to run with HTTP KeepAlive enabled.

This is invalid, you can already configure it. I misread the source code.
This should work:
rgw frontends = civetweb port=127.0.0.1:7480 enable_keep_alive=no
