Description
In looking at s3-tests for packaging (see #11606), I came across the fact that gevent is pinned to 0.13.6 in requirements.txt.
This was done in this commit: https://github.com/ceph/s3-tests/commit/02a4c82dfab53bba48313b11b4eb0db80c11eae5
Can we use a newer version of gevent? (for reference, RHEL 7 ships python-gevent-1.0-2)
