Description
Currently teuthlogy-suite
schedules all jobs and also allows to increase priority of a run.
For huge suites e.g. rados (~3.4K jobs) it means that if such a suite scheduled, no other suites will be able to run until rados (as an example) is not completed.
I suggest to consider a new feature, which would allow to specify a number of nodes to be used by a particular suite. Then in an example with rados, it would be allowed to use say 50 nodes (if so specified), instead of total amount of nodes available in a lab, and so permit other suites to run in paraller.
