Yeah, in general Ceph hates skewed times. I think the best answer here is "get the Calamari host's clock fixed"; does anyone disagree?
Calamari - Bug #11379: UI reports "Cluster Updates Are Stale. The Cluster isn't updating Calamari.

Dan: I think the reporter meant the browser clock vs. the server clock. Incorrect browser clocks are, sadly, fairly common.

The solution is to have the server provide a UTC timestamp with page load, and calculate the offset between browser time and server time at that stage. Subsequently take account of that offset when doing any calculations on the client side that involve server time, such as generating "n seconds ago, 1 minute ago" type friendly strings.

The other option is to avoid ever using the web browser's clock, and do everything server side.
Calamari - Bug #11379: UI reports "Cluster Updates Are Stale.
