Description

obsync: create a librgw to parse binary ACLs generated by RGW

This is already partially done in the wip-obsync-rados2 branch, but it needs to be debugged.

librgw exists and is passing unit tests. The thing to do now is to get the python bindings to librgw working, and then integrate this into obsync.
