Description
Following issue #10317 the deep-scrub messages were only present in the primary OSD for that PG. It would help if the messages were also present in the failing OSD for this PG.
It would also help if the health detail messages include the information on the failing OSD for this PG.

We do report issues to the cluster log now, but only the primary has the information to usefully put it in local daemon logging.
