Add utility to verify yaml structure in suites

Description

Currently if we have a suite (for example giant-x) which uses symlink (for example erasure-code) and there was a change done to code in symlink - there is no simple way to see this in github.

Please consider adding a 'make check' feature that would verify symlinks in suites, (maybe via --dry-run option in teuthology-suite?)

check yaml syntax, too! we semi-regularly get unparsable yaml bits committed.
