Description

The new calamari-setup task will only set up one monitor in the cluster (with ceph-deploy), even if multiples are defined in the roles. Allowing more than one monitor should be added (specifically, there are tests in the Calamari suite that need at least 3, so that they can test that Calamari survives losing a monitor).
