Description

packaging.py has _get_relmap() and _RELEASE_MAP, invented by me to deal with different distros; it duplicates functionality present in misc, but does a worse job; remove it in favor of the misc code.

Also, the repo management code in packaging.py can disappear, as it was only used by the now-removed calamari task.
