If you schedule a teuthology job and later cancel it, the current behavior is that the job is removed from paddles entirely. I never actually thought this was ideal. In the case of the last_in_suite job I think it is still acceptable or maybe even desirable, but I think standard jobs should be marked either as 'dead' or a more specific 'canceled' status.
