A teuthology task for ipv6 testing of ceph-deploy is needed.

This task should do at least the following:
1. Run ceph-deploy new with an ipv6 public-network set.
2. Run ceph-deploy new with an ipv6 cluster-network set.
3. Run ceph-deploy new with both ipv6 public-network and ipv6 cluster-network set.
In addition, mon, osds and mds should be created and output checked to make sure that they are all using ipv6 addresses.
