Description

In rados.py, Rados.shutdown() produces "Illegal instruction (core dumped)" when called.

To test, try applying the attached patch and running "ceph anything" (doesn't matter what ceph command you run, even an invalid one).

This was fixed by the application of 92615ea and cf2104d in master. Please backport to firefly.
