Description
Say you have two different labs that you use for testing. How do you schedule a run in one, and the in the other? Either you ssh into each lab and do it there, or you move your ~/.teuthology.yaml around. Slightly annoying.
Maybe adding a --lab or --cluster flag to relevant teuthology commands would make sense. Or having them check for an environment variable.
