During hammer integration run, in @rados/singleton/{all/osd-backfill.yaml fs/btrfs.yaml msgr-failures/many.yaml}@ we are seeing @ceph tell osd.1 flush_pg_stats@ fail with ENXIO.
It happens during the osd_backfill task, after the osd is killed and marked down, at this line:
