The spec file contains lots of code catering to older distros that, according to this comment[1], are no longer supported on infernalis and above. Just like In infernalis and above, we do not check the version number of <code>%fedora</code>, we can assume that <code>rhel</code> will always be at least means 7 and above and <code>suse_version</code> will not be lower than 1210. means 1210 and above.
