Right now, users don't have a way to customize them at all.
I think w're going to need a grafana_image, like in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/ba805463ec24e1cab34f27f70162ebbddf5d68c7/src/pybind/mgr/cephadm/module.py#L298-L302
