Description

- export a range of hash values (or the entire pool) to stdout (or a file).
- use the same format that ceph_objectstore_tool does for pg export (minus the internal fields)
- preserve snapshot state (both pool snaps and self-managed snaps). maybe embed the pool snap metadata unconditionally at start? sharded export would get dups but that's okay.
