Description

- require a special key for this command
- pool removal doesn't apply immediately, but rather first switches pool to 'pending removal'
- pending removal state reflected in the cluster status
- operation can be canceled when pending

This would be a great addition.

A interval should be configureable for how long a pool stays in 'pending' mode. By default maybe 12 hours before it actually starts to remove the data.

When a pool is pended deletion all I/O blocks or gives an error?
