Description

Common init should not be called by libraries. We don't want to register signal handlers, call openlog(), or really do almost any of the stuff common_init does in libraries.

librados and librbd are now doing the right thing as of 7fe7a8165af16501c255e3a6a11eedf55d5cad7b

libceph is still screwed up, but that's issue #813
