Description

This could be another fork of src/test/librbd/fsx.c in ceph.git, or modifications to it to abstract out the I/O more so it could work for librbd and kernel rbd.

That version of fsx already supports these operations for librbd, but for kernel rbd we'd need to disable non-default striping and handle all the mapping/unmapping whenever an image is opened or closed.
