Just as there is a warning to turn off FastCgiWrapper on CentOS, can we also get a warning indicating that
rgw print continue = false
should be set in ceph.conf on CentOS (there is a reference to this property in the RPM install section, but not here in the config in case you are building from source).

PUTs will not work otherwise since a patched version of FastCGI is not available for CentOS.
