Description

The script for building Ceph documentation under admin/build-doc is currently Debian/Ubuntu only. This limits community participants that use RHEL/CentOS from building docs and thus making documentation contributions.

I have a first cut of it done. I had to use fedora packages for ditaa, but verified that it works.
