Description

Bobtail was the first release with chunky scrub and had maintained classic scrub code for backwards compatibility. There is no upgrade path direct from Argonaut, so we should remove the classic scrub code. This can be done after the Firefly release because that code is not reachable anyway. This is a code clean-up issue.
