Add node-exporter using ceph orch

Description

ceph orch apply node-exporter hostname

But i did not work. There was not issue after investigating logs. I tried ceph orch daemon add node-exporter hostname, it worked!
I think there is a functionality issue in ceph orch apply node-exporter because cephadm log printed successful applying.

I have tried to add node-exporter to new host in ceph cluster by the command mentioned in docuemnt
