Description

cephadm gather-facts can be used to gather inventory across the hosts to validate hardware prior to deployment. However, using cephadm gather-facts currently requires podman/docker to be installed due to https://github.com/ceph/ceph/blob/ac7e052a80e8b4eab764308ed6036d34b954af4d/src/cephadm/cephadm.py#L5585

This list should be extended to cover the command_gather_facts function.
