Description

When rgw dynamic resharding is triggered, writing will be blocked. I think this is unreasonable and may have a serious impact in the production environment. Can we optimize this part of the code to reduce the impact of reshard on performance?

In addition, Red Hat has such an article. In its tests, dynamic sharding did not block io,
