Description
The rbd-mirror tests in qa/suites/rbd/{mirror, mirror-thrash}, and qa/suites/krbd/mirror are not set up as they're typically used.
- all mirroring instances are setup to run on the same host. You want them on two different hosts belonging to two different clusters.
- `peer bootstrap` commands are not used when setting up the mirroring instances
