Description

I have upgraded my cluster from 18.2.0 to 18.2.1
I see that there is one section which is new on dashboard cluster tab by name of Upgrade
Since our cluster does not have access to internet, we are getting error logs on dashboard

Cannot get tags from url 'https://quay.io/v2/ceph/ceph/tags/list'

I tried to find a way to disable the upgrade part from dashboard, but I didn't find it
