"REFRESHED" Column is not being refreshed as expected

Description

I have installed a Ceph cluster using Cephadm, and the version I am currently using is 17.2.6.
However, I have noticed that when I use the 'ceph orch ps' command to display Ceph services, it appears that the information is not being refreshed as expected. The service status seems to be stagnant, and I am uncertain about the root cause of this behavior.
"REFRESHED" Column looked like its last refresh was about 3 months ago.
