The suppressed error can be seen in: rbd_api_tests/_old_format
In the test: TestLibRBD.QuiesceWatchTimeout

It shouldn't be possible to get an ack on a notify which is not found in the in-progess list.
Suppressed in order to not cause all rbd_api tests to fail.
