At least for the pacific/buster release which I am using. My APT source is :

When I upgrade with APT I experience 404s :

The index https://eu.ceph.com/debian-pacific/dists/buster/main/binary-amd64/Packages links files like :

Package: librados2
Filename: pool/main/c/ceph/librados2_16.2.12-1~bpo10+1_amd64.deb

But in the pool, there are only files beginning with 'ceph*', thus lots of files are missing : https://eu.ceph.com/debian-pacific/pool/main/c/ceph/

At the same time I compared with the upstrea pool at https://download.ceph.com/debian-pacific/pool/main/c/ceph/ which does have all the required files (ceph*, lib*).

I switched my APT source from 'eu.ceph.com' to 'download.ceph.com' and it works for me.
